Matar paneer
Steps

In a pan heat oil saute clove, cardamom and black pepper corns. Keep aside.

In a mixer jar put onion, tomatoes, ginger, garlic, coriander seeds, cloves, cardamoms and black pepper grind it in a smooth paste.

Heat oil again put cumin seeds and mustard seeds saute for 30 seconds now add onion tomato paste. Saute till oil appears.

Add all the dry masala in it and sprinkle some water and saute for 2 minutes. Now add paneer cubes and boiled matar in it and give it a quick mix. Add water according to your desired consistency. Bring it a boil.

Boil it on simmer for 5 minutes. Turn 0f the gas and add garam masala and cover it for a while.

Garnish with coriander leaves and cream if you want. Matar paneer is ready to serve. Serve mouthwatering matar paneer with layered lachcha paratha, masala chilli, papad and tangy nimbu aachar.
