Ingredients

5-6 servings
  • 8-10green chilies
  • 1 tspoil
  • 1 pinchturmeric powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1/2 tsplemon juice
  • to tasteSalt
  • Aa neededBlack salt as required

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash chilies properly and cut stalks.

  2. 2

    Slit chilies vertically.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan put chilies and cover it. Cook on low flame for 1 minute. Add all masala and saute for one minute.

  4. 4

    Turn off the gas and squeeze lemon on it. Masala mirch is ready just in 2 minutes.
