In a bowl add all dipping ingredients and make a lumps free paste. Keep aside.

Cut all chapatis into half so you have 20 half circular shapes.

In a large bowl mess potatoes and mix all ingredients. Mix well. Our stuffing is ready.

Take one half circular shape chapati and fold it in a cone shape. Apply some all purpose flour paste on the ends so we get a perfect cone. Fill this cone with stuffing. Repeat the same process for remaining.

Heat oil in a kadhai. When oil gets about to smoking hot, take a cone and dip it into all purpose flour paste. Coat cone's upper and lower parts completely. And deep fry it until we get perfect brown colour.

Yummy roti cone is ready to serve. Serve hot. Dip cone into chutney and dip it again in sev so we get a colorful cone. Kids can't resist without eating it.
