Ingredients

  1. 1medium sized onions, sliced
  2. 5whole red chillies, roasted
  3. 3-4 clovesgarlic, roasted
  4. 1 tbspimli, soaked in hot water and pulp removed
  5. 1 tspcoriander leaves
  6. 1/8 tspchilli powder
  7. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice the onions and set aside. Roast the red chillies and crush them to get a coarse powder. Roast the garlic and crush them.

    Add the crushed chillies, garlic, salt, coriander leaves, red chilli powder and imli pulp to the onions.

    Mix everything well by crushing the onions with your fingers. Delicious onion chutney is ready. Tastes best when served with green moong pakoda. Enjoy!
