Ingredients

30 mins
6 servings
  • 1 cupdal chana(washed and soaked for 4 hrs)
  • 1/2 cup chopped cabbage
  • To tastesalt
  • 1green chilli
  • 1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • As neededoil (fry or airfry or shallow fry)

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Drain and grind dal without water along with chilli

    Mix cabbage, dal and all masalas to form a mixture

    Grease your palms and form small tikkis with mixture

    Airfry or deep fry or shallowfry and serve with onion rings and chutney and enjoy the vadas👍
