Steps

Stir fry your pepper and onion then add beef stock and allow it to cook

Make a thick paste with your egusi keep it aside

Add your beef, chicken, smoke fish and stock fish into that soup and allow it to cook

After sum minutes you add the egusi paste into the soup do not stir allow it to cook for atleast 3 mins then add your chopped bitter leaf and stir, leave it to cook for minutes and it done 👍
