Ingredients

1 cupchickpeas - soaked and cooked
2 cupsgranulated bulgor- brown or white drained and rinsed
2big onions chopped into small cubes
1 tspsalt
2 tbspsghee
1/2 tsp7spices
1 tspcinnamon powder
2 cupswater

In a suitable pot, pour oil, add onions and stir until cooked
2

Add chickpeas, spices, salt and cinnamon powder
3

Add bulgor and water. Once boiled keep on low heat for 20 minutes until water as evaporated
4

Transfer to a serving dish and garnish.
