Ingredients

  • 1 cupchickpeas - soaked and cooked
  • 2 cupsgranulated bulgor- brown or white drained and rinsed
  • 2big onions chopped into small cubes
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 2 tbspsghee
  • 1/2 tsp7spices
  • 1 tspcinnamon powder
  • 2 cupswater

Steps

  1. 1

    In a suitable pot, pour oil, add onions and stir until cooked

  2. 2

    Add chickpeas, spices, salt and cinnamon powder

  3. 3

    Add bulgor and water. Once boiled keep on low heat for 20 minutes until water as evaporated

  4. 4

    Transfer to a serving dish and garnish.
