Ingredients

  • Kaale chane(chickpeas) soaked overnight and boiled
  • 2 tbspOil/Ghee
  • 1 tspCumin seeds
  • 2Green chillies
  • 1/4 tspAsafoetida
  • 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspCumin powder
  • 1 tspsukha dhaniya(dry Coriander powder)
  • 1 tspDried mango powder
  • 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  • 2 tspChopped Coriander leaves
  • 1/2lemon juice
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat some oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and asafoetida and green chillies and roast it.

  2. 2

    Now add Chana and all masala and mix it until it dries

  3. 3

    Now add coriander leaves and lemon juice and mix it properly and off the flame

  4. 4

    Ready to serve
