2-3 serving

500 gmLai Lai
Chopped garlic
Red chilli (chopped)
Sambal Chilli paste (supermarket)
1/2 cupwater

Steps

Wash the Lai Lai with salt water and soak for 10min before rise.off

Heat oil to pan, add the garlic and chilli (stir fry 2min) add in the Lai Lai (stir fry 5min) add in the chilli paste (stir fry for 5 min) add in water and mix well, cover with lid and cook for 5-8min) ready to serve
