In a mixer grinder at two packets of Bourbon biscuit, then grind it to a fine powder next add milk and again give it a grind, then add one sachet of Eno and again give it a mix.

Take a Kadai pan, next keep a stand in the Kadai and preheat for 10 minutes. Next grease the cake tin with butter or oil and dust some flour in it. Then put the batter in the cake tin, keep it inside the Kadai pan and bake 40 to 45 minutes.

After 30 minutes check the cake with the help of a toothpick if it comes out clear it means the cake is ready. Then let it cool down for 10 minutes.

Now for making chocolate ganache take a bowl and add the chocolate and melt it by using the double boiler method next add in the Bournvita powder, a little milk and mix it properly.

After 10 minutes when the cool down add it on the cake and garnishing with gems and chocolate

Keep it aside for 1 hour so that the cake is set. After 1 hour you can serve it as you want.
