Lazy Chicken Veggie Balls in Clear Soup

Cooking Instructions

Mix all ingredients together for the chicken ball marinate. Add the condiments and potato starch into the mince meat and mix.

Chop up all your veggies and mix them into the meat. Put it in a container and refrigerate for 30 mins

Roll them into 3cm balls and set aside. Prepare your broth/stock. You can use your own homemade ones or store bought ones is fine. Dilute accordingly to your taste and bring the soup to a boil.

Once the soup is boiling, add the all the chicken balls in and cook them for 5 mins. Turn off the stove and chicken ball soup is ready for serving! ♥️
