Steps

Take a mixing bowl add the wheat flour, chopped onion,green chillies, salt add water and make a soft dough.

Heat a pan once the pan was heated well, dip your hand in the water and take a ball size dough and put on the pan and spread well and pour oil around the adai.

Put the flame in medium and cook both sides.
- 4
Serve hot with tomato pickle or lemon pickle.
