In maida add salt, ajwain, oil and water as required to prepare soft dough. Close and rest it for 20 mins.

In a bowl mix all the masala with boiled potato. Mash well all together.

After 20 mins start preparing the dough as thin chapati and apply the potato masala evenly. Use the maida batter to seal it.

Roll it tightly and cut it as small pieces.

Mix 2 spoons of maida in water for coating. Dip the chopped pieces in the flour mix. Heat the oil and deep fry till golden brown and crispy.
