Paneer Kheer

In a non stick kadai boil 2 cups milk.

Simmer for 5 minutes on medium flame.

Add sliced almonds and again simmer for 10 minutes and keep aside.

In another non stick pan, put jaggery and water and mix well.

Switch on the gas and cook jaggery for 3 minutes stirring continuously.

Let the jaggery cooks down for 2 minutes and put the cooked jaggery in milk and paneer mixture.

Add cardamom powder and mix well

Serve paneer kheer hot or cold garnished with dry fruits.
