Ingredients

  1. 1/2 KgYougurt
  2. 4 tbsSugar
  3. 1/4 tspSalt
  4. 1/2 cupMilk
  5. 1 tspCorn Flour
  6. 1 cupYellow lentil (daal moong)
  7. 1 tspCumin seeds powder
  8. 1 tspSalt
  9. 1/4 tspBaking soda
  10. Oil for frying
  11. Chaat masala as per need

Cooking Instructions

    Put Yogurt in a bowl and add salt 1/4 tsp, milk, corn flour and sugar and mix it well and keep this sweet yogurt in refrigerator.

    Soak yellow lentil (daal moong) in water for 2 hours. After it blend with the help of some water and make thick paste of lentils. Now add salt 1 tsp, cumin seeds powder and baking soda.

    Fry small phulkiyan with the help of small spoon. Set aside for 5 minutes.

    Take water in a bowl. Dissolve salt 1/2 in water, and soak fried phulkiyan for 15 minutes. After it strain water from phulkiyan.

    Dish out fried phulkiyan and pour sweet yogurt on it. Sprinkle chaat masala as per need. Now its ready to serve.
