Ingredients

  1. 2 cupcurd or homemade dahi
  2. 1 cupboiled carrots
  3. 1 cupchopped finely onion
  4. 1 cupchopped finely cucumber
  5. 1 cupfinally chopped radishes
  6. 1 cupgrated and strained bottle guard
  7. 1 teaspoonrock salt
  8. 1 teaspoonblack pepper powder
  9. 1 teaspoongaram masala
  10. 1 teaspoonchaat masala
  11. 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  12. 1 cupdry roasted cumin seeds powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients and spices into curd and add some amount of milk

  2. 2

    Whisk gently dont use blender and enjoy yummy RAITA.you can add coriander leaves too
