Ingredients

20 mins
  • 2 ozButter (Unsalted)
  • 1Level Tbsp Caster Sugar
  • 4 ozCrushed Digestives
  • 1/4 ptDouble Cream
  • Small Tin Condensed Milk
  • Zest and Juice of 2 Large Lemons

    Pre-Heat Oven 150 Degrees

  2. 2

    Lightly Butter Flan Dish

  3. 3

    Melt Butter with the Caster Sugar, Stir in the crushed digestives then push into the bottom of the Flan dish - Bake for 8 mins - LEAVE TO COOL

  4. 4

    Mix the Cream with Condensed Milk and add the zest of the Lemon, keep stiring and slowly add the lemon juice to avoid it separating

  5. 5

    Pour Over the Base and Chill

Well I started with Cookpad during Covid....... Guess alot of us did, Amazing Site great to share with passitionate people. I have no formal training but have eaten in some of the best fine dinning restraunts in the world and also learnt from My mum and Grandma with "a pinch of" and "about a handfull" - if we share we love.
