Ingredients

  1. 1/4pumpkin
  2. 1potato
  3. 1green banana
  4. 1leek/onion
  5. Broth/water
  6. Garlic
  7. Butter
  8. Milk

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel an cut all the vegetables into cubes

  2. 2

    Sauté onions in butter

  3. 3

    Add all the ingredients and fry for like 5 min. Add broth/water just to cover the vegetables. Let it boil till cooked

  4. 4

    Cool abit and blend the mixture

  5. 5

    Return to the pot and add milk to the consistency of your choice. Bring to boil.

  6. 6

    Serve with croutons. Enjoy
