Halfpack noodles
250 gmsminced meat
1 tbspGinger Garlic paste
1onion
1 tspsalt
1 tspblack pepper powder
1/2 tspgaram masalah
1 tspred chilli powder
3green chillies

Boil noodles with salt and oil

Keep side

Take minced meat, onion, green chilli, slice and chop it finely

Add salt,garam masala, black pepper and mix

Add redchilli powder and mix

Make balls like koftaas and shallow fry in little oil

Make a bouquet of noodles and pour some pasta sauce sauce and keep meat balls on it.

To make pasta sauce blanch tomatoes garlic, blend it and add salt, red chilli powder

It’s really good to see my husband and kids happy because they love the food that I cook . I genuinely enjoy the whole process of cooking & love to hosting and design menus too. For me cooking is highly creative hobby to take up . You can not only create your own dishes but blend your favourite cuisine , it’s totally your choice because it’s your kitchen and your family.
