100 gCheddar Cheese
Salt as per taste
2 tspPepper
2 tspGinger/Garlic paste
1/2 tspWhite pepper powder
Oil for frying
Rusk Crumbs
1Egg

In chopper add chicken,ginger/garlic,salt,white and black pepper and egg.chop until came in paste form.Make balls put inside cheese and shape it round.Roll in crumbs and put in refrigerator for 30 mins.Take out from refrigerator and deep fry till golden.Serve with Ketchup.Best for kids
