  • Spring roll wraps (homemade)
  • Filling
  • Cabbage, carrot, green pepper,
  • Shredded chicken (leftover)
  • Curry & thyme
  • cubesSeasoning
  • Onion, garlic, scotch bonnet
  • Veg. Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pot, add little oil, onion, Scotch bonnet, garlic, chicken shreds, curry & thyme. Fry while stirring. Add in the vegetables & stir

    Season to your taste & set aside to cool. Fill in the spring roll wrappers, glue edges with flour & water mixture. Fry in hot oil
