Make suji batter adding one cup curd and water half cup. Rest it a for 15 minute

Stuffing preparation:- Put oil in pan, add garlic ginger paste, onion chilli, tomato and mashed potatoes, asafoetida, garam masala, amchur powder, chilli, turmeric powder and mix it well.

Divide potato stuffing in four part and shape it in capsule shape.

Add salt and eno in suji batter

Grease oil in drinking steal glass, pour batter half of glass, put potato stuff middle of batter and remaining portion cover with batter. Then put in steamer for 15 minutes.

Put oil in pan, add mustard seed, turmeric powder, black salt, chopped coriander, unmould suji wheels and fry it then cut in pieces.

Garnish with coriander and serve it.
