I've had this recipe uncompleted in my draft for over a month now and i just decided to finish it today🤦🏾😂

Mix the flour, salt and butter to get a crumbly texture, then add the water to form a dough.

Knead and set aside.

To a pan, drizzle veg oil then add the diced onions and scotch bonnet, add the rest of the ingredients with a little water.

Cover and allow to cook for some minutes.

Note: i used precooked chicken and Irish potatoes so the cooking time wasn't that long.

To form the pie: cut out a handful of dough, roll it out and place on a meatpie cutter, add the filling and seal the edges using water then close.

Or, you roll out the dough, place a round cover to get a prefer circle, use a pizza cutter to cut it out and add the filling then seal using a fork.

Eggwash, then sprinkle dry thyme on the outer surface and bake!
