Pan Baked Cheese Cookies
Having too much tapioca flour, and try to make something from it. Sorry the end result doesn't really look good because my cheese sprinkle too melted 🤣
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Soften the margarine/butter, add on sugar, and stir again until soft.
- 2
Add the 3 egg yolks into, stir until mixed well. Add the shredded cheese, mix well.
- 3
Sieve the tapioca flour, wheat flour, corn flour, and powdered milk into. Stir until mixed well and formed into crumbs.
- 4
Once turned into crumbs form, start kneading with hand until formed into non sticky dough.
- 5
Flatten the dough (I put into plastic and flatten it), and shape it. You can use any kind of cookies mould as well (like using the cookies mould press), or use cookie cutter
- 6
Shape the cookies in any way you like, then egg wash the top surface, sprinkle some shredded cheese.
- 7
Preheat pan, low medium heat ±5 mins (I use induction cooker, deep fry mode 100°c)
- 8
Put some baking paper onto the pan surface, then arrange the cookies dough. Bake for about 30 mins to 45 mins in medium low heat (mine is 100°c), until the bottom turned into golden brown colour (if you were using oven, the result would be more batter, the colour would be more into golden).

Crispy Cheese Cookies Crispy Cheese Cookies
I had some frozen cheese, so when a guest came to visit, I just made these very quickly. You don't need to leave the dough to rest in the fridge, so when you get used to it, you can have these in the oven in five minutes. They will be sweet with sugar and savoury with salt. Both make good snacks, and both are popular with guests when I serve them. Recipe by mini cookpad.japan -

Cream Cheese Cookies Cream Cheese Cookies
I often have leftover cream cheese, so I came up with an easy cookie recipe. The dough is easier to cut if it has been in the freezer. It should be a little on the hard side. The baking time will depend on your oven, so you should adjust it while watching over your cookies.Use as much cream cheese as you like. For 35 cookies, each 2 cm [0.8 in] in size. Recipe by jh2trz cookpad.japan -
Savory Cheddar Cookies Savory Cheddar Cookies
These cheesy little nuggets, popular in the U.S. south, are a great anytime snack, but they're especially delicious with your favorite bourbon cocktail. The frozen dough logs also make a nice hostess gift, along with the printed recipe and a bag of pecans. When completely cooled, store in airtight container (I use zip-top freezer bag). They're tastier the day after baking, and they'd ship well. Next time I'm going to try minced jalapeño in the dough and topped with bacon! Maggie Conlon -

Mixed butter cookies Mixed butter cookies
But how relaxing is it to make cookies at home with the little helper? We like it so much; this time it was the butter biscuits (recipe taken from my new book "Christmas Sweets") to which I made some small changes and covered some with chocolate, others with cinnamon powder and others with cane sugar 😀 Simple and quick to to prepare, butter biscuits are excellent for breakfast or as a snack, they can be kept for a few days in a tin box 😉 Martha Maldonado -
Light and Airy Baked Chocolate Cookies Light and Airy Baked Chocolate Cookies
I made these Valentine's treats with what was available in the pantry.-The cooking time will vary depending on how big you make the cookies.-The cookies will lose their airiness if you make them too thick, so be careful.-With the instructed cookie size, baking for 20 minutes at 180℃ works best.
