My family and I love bright crunchy, fresh salads. Even tho here in Scotland is still cold here in May, we love to have Cold salads For our lunch. So I created this tuna salad, even tho it might look a bit like the famous nicóise salad, it’s does have it’s own unique flavors . Of which I added chilies to it, to give it a kick.
