1 packagespaghetti
1 bowlsour cream
4 ozshredded cheese
1 bottlevegetable oil
Salt, to taste
1 clovegarlic

4small potatoes
1 packetchicken bouillon
1 packetblack pepper
3 tablespoonsflour (all-purpose, corn, or wheat)
1 lbquesillo, mozzarella, or string cheese

Bring 2 quarts (about 2 liters) of water to a boil in a pot. Break the spaghetti into thirds and add it to the boiling water with 1 tablespoon oil. Cook for 7 minutes. Drain the spaghetti. In a saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon oil and sauté 1 clove garlic until golden, then remove the garlic. Add the spaghetti and mix well.

Let it rest, then stir in finely chopped onion, shredded cheese, and all the sour cream.

Cook the 4 potatoes for 7 minutes—they should not be fully cooked. Peel and mash them. Add chicken bouillon, some black pepper, and salt to taste. Take a small portion of cheese and wrap it with the mashed potato to form balls. Dust them with the flour of your choice. In a saucepan, heat enough oil to cover about one-third of each ball. Fry the balls in the hot oil until golden brown.
