Take 1 cup all-purpose flour, sour curd, sugar, baking soda and water.

Make a fine batter of this mixture, mind that batter should not be thick nor thin.

Let the batter rest for 20-25 mins.

After 25 mins, heat the oil for frying.

Put all the batter in a sauce bottle for making jalebi.

Deep fry the jalebi upto golden brown, to make it crunchy.

Now prepare sugar syrup.

Heat the pan, add sugar, water and cardamon powder.

Now dip all the fried jalebi in cool sugar syrup for 1 min.

Now your crunchy and juicy jalebi is ready to eat.
