Sprouts jaal chilla

Make batter by blending sprouts, ginger, chilli with little water.

Add salt, rice flour, mix well.

Pour this batter to a squeezer bottle.

Meanwhile prepare the stuffing.
Heat oil in a pan, add jeera, curry leaves, chopped green chilli, grated coconut, salt, sugar, lemon juice. Mix well. Switch off. - 5
Now heat a tawa, grease with oil. Make chillas in jall shape by squeezing the bottle carefully. Cook both sides and repeat for rest batter.

For assembling, take one chilla, stuff with the prepared coconut stuffing and roll carefully.

Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
