Ingredients

4 to 5 servings
  • Chana daal 1 &1/2 cup(soaked)
  • Payaz 1chopped
  • Tamatar 1 chopped
  • Green chills 4 chopped
  • 1 tbspGinger and garlic paste
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 1/2 tspLal mirch
  • 1/4 tspGaram Masala
  • 1/4 tspDahnia powder
  • 1/2 tspZeera
  • 1 tspKali mirch
  • 6 tbspDahnia
  • 1/4 cupOil
  • 1/2 cupPani

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry the onions and ginger and garlic paste on medium flame and then add daal and cook it for 5 minutes and then add all spices and mix it and then add tamatar and mix it.

    And then add dahnia and then add water.and cover it and cook it until daal become soft.
