First, take a bowl and peel the washed marketed lauki and grade it finely.

Add ghee Or butter in a pan and heat the buttery pan with polishing the butter or ghee more perfectly all over the pan.

Rinse the extra water from the graded lauki in a white towel and pour it in the buttery heated pan to stir it gently.

Add few amount of liquid milk and amul powder milk and sugar dust to there.

Stir the lauki preparation very gently until it is becoming more thick.

Just few minutes later opening of the cover of the pan, you will look that the lauki is ready and keep it aside in an another pan.

Heat the pan again and make it buttery pan or by adding ghee (any one will be to there), pour raisins, cashews, peanuts and chopped almonds and optional pistachios to there and just stir it few seconds.

Pour the cooked dry fruits to the prepared lauki to get the best taste of "Lauki Ki Halwai" Yummy😋
