First collects all ingredients. Grind oats in a mixer to make powder and mashed boiled potatoes.

Take a bowl, mix all the above ingredients except oil. Make small balls and give tikki shape. Ready to shallow fry.

Heat oil in a pan, put tikki over hot oil and fry till golden brown on both the sides on medium flame.Turn off the flame. Oats tikki is ready to serve in breakfast with tomato ketup and aam ki chutney. Enjoy your breakfast.!!!
