Soak chic peas for 3/4 hours

Give four whistles on high flame adding 1 tsp of salt

Chop onion tomato green chili coriander leaves/ paneer cut in small cubes

Add all the dry ingredients masalas

Mix so well all the ingredients

Stuffing is ready now slit the bread from the middle taking care of that should not split in two halves end of it should be intact

Fill the stuffing you can push it with the back of spoon

On nonstick pan apply little bit butter and care fully roast it from both the sides on low flame

Serve it with tomato ketchup garnish with fresh coriander leaves
