Pressure cook potatoes. Remove skin and mash with fingers. Soak jeggary in half cup of water.

Heat oil in a pan add dry red chilli cuminseeds crackle add asofoetida fresh chopped red chilli chopped tomato saute Mix turmeric powder red chilli powder saute add 2tsp. Water and cumin coriander powder in 1/2cup water and add in a tadka.add roasted coarsly grinded peanuts and masah potatoes mix well. Now add melted jeggary water grated ginger and salt chopped coriander leaves mix well. Cook on slow flame for 2-3min. Aloo Bhaji is ready.

ForBhakhri:- Mix both flour in a paraat. Add ghee for moin. Mix well. Now pre heat kaladi(mitti Tawa) on flame. Roll Bhakhri and roast without oil or ghee both sides on a kaladi. Lastly roast one side on flame. Bhakhri is ready.

Aloo Bhaji and Bhakhri is ready to serve with milk curd Tasty healthy breakfast is ready.
