Neer Dosa is another popular savoury breakfast delicacy from South Indian cuisine. Here I made from brown rice instead of white rice( originally it is made from). No fermentation nor eno use to prepare Neer Dosa.
Steps

Wash brown rice 3-4 times and soak in water overnight.

In morning grind in mixer jar to make smooth batter. Pour it out in vessel. Add enough water to make pouring consistency batter. Add salt in it.

Heat dosa tawa, grease with oil. Wipe out with tissue paper. Pour laddleful of prepared brown rice batter all over on hot tawa. Sprinkle 1 tsp oil. Cook on medium flame. Flip after 2 minutes. Cook for 3-4 mins. Prepared All Ne'er dosa similarly.

Serve/Relish Delicious Hot Brown Rice Neer Dosa with coconut chutney and rasam/sambhar in breakfast.
