This is my version of Spanish omlette. The original one only use potatoes and onion but to make it more healthy, I have add capsicum and tomato. I have used two egg you can use 4or 6 eggs also#week1of 5#post3

This is my version of Spanish omlette. The original one only use potatoes and onion but to make it more healthy, I have add capsicum and tomato. I have used two egg you can use 4or 6 eggs also#week1of 5#post3

First take the potatoes and cut it into thin round shape. Cut the onions, tomatoes and capsicum into small cubes. Separate the onion. In a pan first add oil. Then add sliced potatoes and fry it. Till it gets fried and soft. Now add the onions, capsicum and tomato. Add a little salt and black pepper. Stir fry it.

Now take 2 eggs. Beat it well. Add salt and black pepper powder. Put the egg on the vegetables and let it cook in low flame. To flip it to the other side take a plate cover on the pan and flip it. Now put the other side in the pan and fry it.
