Originally from Chef Michael Smith, the first telly cooking show I watched, and it got me doing cooking and baking til now.This recipe will make around 40 pcs, each dough balls weigh about 15 grams 😅 yes i weigh them lol

Doing a little preholiday baking today. I never even had these BEFORE I lost my cake privileges lol this is the ole 3 ingredient peanut butter cookies but I doubled it and used cashew butter instead. I also balanced out the sweet with some salt and put a copious amount of vanilla in as well. I like big food so I use a bigger scoop than my cookie scoop. If you use a regular cookie scoop you’ll yield a lot more cookies.

This cookie is chewy with crisp edges and a delicate chcolate/hazelnut flavor accented with mini M&M's and white chocolate chips.
