Cooking Instructions

Waah and chopped finey coriander leaves add grinded green chillies garlic besan jowar atta turmeric red chilli powder cummin seeds salt add water and mix it well

Grease the plate with oil and pour the batter in tha plat and spread it evenly later add seesame seeds over it... Keep the water for boiling

As water starts boiling keep the plate over it cover it with lid and steam the mixture for 15 to 30 minutes on medium slow flame

Check if it's ready or not by inserting knife.. As its ready keep aside and let it.. After cooling cut it into the shape of diamond or square shape

Now heat the oil and deepfry this kothambir wadi till it becomes crispy and brown.. As ur kothambir wadi gets fried... Remove it in a tissue paper and serve it with sauce and enjoy😍
