In a jug, mix some warm water, sugar and yeast. Leave for at least 5 minutes

Take the all purpose flour and wheat flour and sieve in a large bowl. Add the pinch of salt

After the 5 minutes..add the wet mixture with the flour mixture and knead for at least ten minutes.

Keep aside in a warm place covered with a lid

Once the dough is double after rising which usually takes one hour, knead it smoothly with a little bit of vegetable oil

Sprinkle flour on a clean counter top and cut the dough into circular sizeable pieces.

Leave for another 30 minutes to rise.

Prepare your syrup by adding water and sugar and reducing the mixture over medium heat until smooth, thick and golden brown in color. Be careful not to burn the syrup

Heat vegetable oil in pan. Using your finger, make holes on the circular dough

Work on the remaining dough and fry until golden brown.

Let it cool. coat the doughnuts in the sugar syrup on each side. Enjoy...
