Ingredients

8to 10 people
  • 200 gmsGreen and red chilli
  • 50 gramsgarlic cloves
  • 50 gramsPeanuts
  • 2 tspTil (sesame seeds)
  • as required Salt,
  • red chilli powder as per taste
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 2 tspOil
  • 1 tspcumin seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly peel the garlic and break the stems of chilies.

    Roast pea nuts in a pan for few minutes. Then put oil in a pan.

    Roast the chilies,lehsun cloves,add turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder, peanuts and til in it.mix all the things. Switch off the flames of gas.

  4. 4

    For natural taste, you can make a mixture of all ingredients in the mixer pot or in ukhal musal if available in Home.it's a Maharatras special fav chutney type item used with jawari Roti, wheat roti, or in any lunch or dinner as chutney.
