Cooking Instructions

Boil Taro roots in pressure cooker for 2 whistles at high flame and simmer at low flame for 5 minutes.

Peel and mash the taro roots once they are slightly cooled down.

In a pan, heat ghee. Add 2 Tbsp Schezwan sauce, green chillies if desired and mashed taroo root. Saute for 3-4 minutes. Add salt. Mix.

Butter the slices. Spread the material on one side of the bread. Cover with other and cook on Tawa or sandwich maker until crispy brown.

Serve hot with chutney and ketchup.
