Ingredients

8 muffins
  • 110 gstarter fed or discard starter
  • 1egg
  • 50 gcashew milk or dairy of your choice
  • 25 gvegetables oil or oil of your choice/ butter
  • 40 gbrown sugar or add more if you want your muffin to be more sweet
  • 40 graisins
  • 120 gSpelt flour
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 1 teaspooncinnamon
  • 1 teaspoonbaking soda
  • Handfulfrozen or fresh berries

Steps

    Mix your wet ingredients

  2. 2

    Add your dry ingredient except frozen or fresh berries

  3. 3

    If you want muffin to be fluffy, let it sit. I had it rest in room temperature for 8 hrs.

  4. 4

    If you are not letting your mixture to rest, you may add your berries. Filll up muffin cup to 1/2 (if you let it rest)or 3/4 (norest). Preheat oven at 200C fan.

  5. 5

    Bake muffin for 15-18min.
