Steps

Take 1 spoon ghee on nonstick tawa and 2 spoon sugar.when sugar dissolve. place bread on tawa. When it looks golden then spread 1 spoon ghee on top side of bread and fry this side too.

When both sides looks crispy then turn off the flame and transfer into plate.

Now mix sugar powder in malai and spread this mixture on bread and decorate with dryfruits.

Now cut into desired shape and serve...
