Mix chopped onion,capsicum,tomato,green peas,corrienderleaves,red chilli powder,haldi,chaatmasala,salt,black pepper powder,in one bowl.Then add eggs & beat it & mix all ingredients very well.

Cut sides of bread.Heat the pan & add butter & bread.

Cover that bread with our batter & lid it for 3-4 minutes on low flame.Turn our omelette & again cook for 2-3 minutes.Turn off the gas.Cut the omelette into 4 pieces like pizza. Enjoy crispy healthy Vegetable Bread Omelette in breakfast...
