Steps

Take besan in a bowl and add hing, ajwain, salt, soda and 1 tbsp oil

Make a soft dough with water. Use water as per requirement

Now add the remaining oil and make a smooth dough knead for 15 minutes

Give rest for 20 minutes

Now take some amount of dough and make it oval and spread it with palm

Now remove it and fry in oil and serve it and sprinkle black pepper and salt and serve with kadhi

Take besan in a bowl and add water and mix it with a whisk And add salt

Now take another pan and add mustard seeds and when they are cooked add hing, curry leaves, turmeric powder, green chillies cook for 1 minute and add the besan water

Boil for 10 minutes and then add sugar and switch off the gas and add coriander and serve
