Taiwanese bubble tea is getting more and more popular among the world. Those delicious brown bubbles are actually quite easy to make. 😋
Steps

Mix dark brown sugar with hot water and bring it to boiled until the sugar melted completely.

Off the heat. Pour in the tapioca starch and mix well.

Sprinkle some corn flour on the working mat.
- 4
Place the tapioca dough and make sure it gets mixed well. (If the dough is too dried, spray some water; if it’s too damp, add in little more tapioca starch.)

Dice the dough and then make the round small balls. (If the dough gets dried, spray some water; if it’s too damp, use some corn flour.)

Store them in the freezer if you are not going to cook them straightaway.

Boil some water and add in the bubbles. While they all float, cook them for 15 minutes. And then turn off the heat, put the lid on and leave them in the water for 30 minutes.

Back on the heat again and boil for another 15 minutes. Then, turn off the heat and put the lid on. Leave them in the water for another 20-30 minutes.

Drain the water and add in some light brown sugar.

Enjoy those bubbles straightaway or put them in some milk tea. Enjoy~ 😋
