Steps

Peel garlics & ginger. Wash all the fresh ingredients

Grate garlics and ginger

Squeeze lemon
- 4
Prepare honey, from 850 gr i only use this amount of honey. Pictures below

Put all ingredients into honey jar. Close the lid. Let fermented for 1 week
- 6
Consume 1tsp of it everyday first in the morning before any meal or drink
