Paniyaram, paddu or appes ( appam ) are soft puffy rice buns from Southern States of India. It is prepared in a special pan with several round cavities called Paniyaram Pan/ Aebleskiver Pan or Appam Patra.
As they are non fried and cook with very less oil , it is healthy . Here I have added fresh fenugreek leaves to make it more healthy.
