Add soaked rice, chana dal, toor dal, curd, salt in a blender. Blend until smooth consistency. Transfer the batter into the bowl cover with a lid and keep in warm place for 2-3 hour. Then add grated bottle guard, chopped onion, chopped capsicum, chopped green chilli, chopped Coriander, sooji, salt, Turmeric powder, chilli powder, baking soda, baking powder lemon juice, 1 tablespoon oil and mix well.

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan over medium flame add Mustard seed, curry leaves, Cumin seeds, hing, sesame seeds. Pour approx 1/2 cup batter and spread it evenly with the back of the spatula to make 1inches thick handvo.

Cover the pan with a lid. And reduce the flame to low and cook until top surface looked cooked flip it over to the other side and cook for 7-8 minutes. Once done remove from the pan. Once it cools, cut it into pieces and serve.
