Bhindi Ka Raita

Heat oil for frying. Add chopped bhindi and fry it until golden and crisp.

Now in a bowl add whisked curd and salt, black salt, cumin seeds powder, red chilli powder, chat masala and mix it properly.

Then add sugar and mix it.

Now add fry bhindi and mix it.

Now heat a small pan with 1 tbsp oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida and saute until smells aromatic.

Off the flame and pour it in Raita.

Bhindi Raita is ready to serve

Note: you can add crushed peanuts..
